2. Data collected

When you visit exzortava.eu, the following data may be processed:

  • Server logs: IP address, date and time of access, URL requested, HTTP status code, and browser user-agent string. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • Contact form submissions: name, phone number, and email address submitted voluntarily through the contact form on the homepage. This data is used solely to respond to the inquiry.
  • Cookies: see section 4 below.

3. Legal basis for processing

Server log processing is carried out under the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security and operational continuity. Contact form data is processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by submission of the form. Cookie-based analytics data is processed on the basis of consent given through the cookie banner.

4. Cookies

This site uses a cookie banner to obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies. The following cookie types may be used:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the operation of the site; no consent required. These include the cookie_consent preference cookie itself.
  • Analytics cookies: used to measure page visits and reading patterns in aggregate. These are only placed after the visitor accepts via the cookie banner.

You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or by rejecting cookies via the banner. Your preference is stored in localStorage under the key cookie_consent.

5. Data retention

Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from the date of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required to resolve a related inquiry. Analytics data, if consent is given, is retained in aggregate form for up to 26 months.

6. Data sharing

Personal data collected through this site is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with hosting and infrastructure providers acting as processors under data processing agreements. In the event of a legally binding request from a Polish or EU authority, data may be disclosed as required by law.

Under GDPR and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection, you have the following rights regarding data we hold about you:
